1. Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website porto.another-world.pt and the provision of virtual reality entertainment services by Another World Porto, including VR game sessions, virtual escape rooms, group activities, and gift cards.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings can be made through the website, by phone, or by email. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt or confirmation of payment.

We accept payments by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard), MB WAY, ATM reference, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

For groups and corporate events, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 50% penalty of the amount paid. In the case of no-shows, no refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation by Another World Porto for reasons beyond the client's control, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

4. Rules and Safety

Participants must be at least 6 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Individual games may have a higher recommended age.

Another World Porto reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session for participants showing signs of alcohol or psychoactive substance consumption, or who do not comply with safety rules.

Participation is not recommended for people with epilepsy, serious heart conditions, pregnancy, or severe claustrophobia. Users are responsible for assessing their own fitness for the experience.

5. Liability

Another World Porto is not liable for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions provided by staff or posted on the premises.

Clients are responsible for damage intentionally caused to equipment. Another World Porto is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

6. Dispute Resolution and ADR

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. The competent entity for the geographical area of Another World Porto is:

9. Changes to Terms

Another World Porto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
