Preparing your venue
An arena starts with room to move.
Every venue is different. After your enquiry, we will email you for photos, dimensions and the remaining venue details before confirming the event.
- A spacious indoor area
- Share approximate dimensions and any obstacles or furniture in the playing area.
- Lighting conditions
- Tell us about windows and direct daylight so we can assess the equipment setup.
- Access for setup
- We need access to the venue one hour before the activity starts to set up and prepare all equipment.
- Time for everyone to play
- Duration and group rotations depend on participant numbers, ages and available space.
Beyond our own arena
Gondomar Youth Festival
We brought virtual reality to Multiusos de Gondomar. In 2025, we organised Shmooter rounds for a group of 25 participants. The experience returned to the festival in 2026 with a three-hour activity.
